When life gives you lemons, start a business!

Noah had a dream of starting his own company, and the fruit trees in his backyard were his inspiration. The first batch was lemon jam, cooked in the family kitchen in Palos Verdes from fruit picked that morning.

Each jar of Peelz Jam contains whole fruit and simple ingredients — nothing artificial, no pectin powders, no shortcuts. Lemon, orange, plum and strawberry, all made in small batches so every jar tastes like the season it came from.

Peelz isn't just about jam. 100% of the profits go to Noah's Young Entrepreneurs Fund, which awards grants to young founders starting their own companies in the South Bay area of Los Angeles.
